I Didn't Learn Leadership
in a Classroom.
I Learned It in the Fire.

Leadership isn't about titles or techniques — it's about who you think and how you feel when the pressure is on and the future is uncertain. My journey has been anything but linear. Now I help other leaders do the same.

2008

Started Company

I founded my first company with a cofounder and no capital. Every day was a lesson in leading without a roadmap.

2011

Brain Tumor

I was diagnosed with a brain tumor that changed everything. Life changed. My perspective on leadership changed with it.

2014

Surgery & Recovery

Post-surgery, I had to rebuild — physically and professionally. I had targets and a business to grow despite massive uncertainty.

2016–2022

Growth

I've now led my own teams through rapid and consistent growth, applying the same principles of fearless leadership I teach today.

Now

My Mission

I help leaders navigate uncertainty, thrive when things get tough. Because the future belongs to those who can move without certainty.

01

Leadership Is a Choice

You don't become a great leader by title or tenure. You become one by choosing to lead — especially when it's hard.

02

Discomfort Is Growth

The moments that feel the hardest are often the moments that matter most. Lean into them, don't run from them.

03

Clarity Creates Confidence

You don't need certainty to move forward — you need clarity on your values and the next right step.

04

People Are the Mission

The goal isn't to build companies — it's to build people. When people grow, everything else follows.

"Austin's story is real, raw, and inspiring. He connects because he's been through it — and he makes you believe you can too."
— Justin B.

I'm a husband, a dad, an entrepreneur, and an adventurer. I believe the same things that make you a great leader make you a great person — and vice versa.

When I'm not on stage or working with clients, you'll find me outdoors — hiking, traveling, or chasing whatever's next. I'm passionate about continuous learning and I'm always reading, always growing, always pushing.

I don't believe in a work-life balance — I believe in a work-life integration. And I believe the future belongs to leaders who can move without certainty.

"Austin's delivery is straight to the point. He makes you think differently about what it means to lead — and he makes it stick."
— Andrea C., Leadership Coach
